The Belbin methodology offers unique insights into a person’s natural talents and skills as they relate to working with others, either one-on-one or in groups.
Individuals go through a process where they rate themselves on a number of attributes, then ask coworkers, bosses, or staff rate them as well. The reports generated from this process have two primary applications:
