In these tough economic times, we all need to know that our limited training dollars are going towards something that really works.
Well, it has been scientifically proven that you can use Belbin’s Team Roles to predict team performance.
Dr. Meredith Belbin was able to take a group of teams, and after looking at their Belbin profiles, he could predict how well these teams would do in management simulations with 86% accuracy.
It’s a great selling point for us to be able to say that we can not only predict a team’s potential pitfalls, but we can also predict a team’s performance based upon a knowledge of their team roles.
